The XENA software is intended to be used for non-emergency situations; however, we may, but are not required to, share information in an emergency. This includes protecting the safety of our employees and agents, our customers, or any person.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS
Our Software may provide You with access to third party content, such as links, websites, third party software, and third party services (“Third Party Material”). We do not control the Third-Party Material, or the third party privacy practices. It is Your responsibility to review the Third Party Material privacy practices before submitting Your personal information.
INFORMATION CHOICES AND CHANGES
Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out.” If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails, including, but not limited to, emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.
